What’s Covered
– Defects in materials or workmanship.
– Malfunctions under normal use
(e.g., pump failure in AIOs, fan bearing issues).
What’s NOT Covered?
Damage caused by:
– Improper installation, physical abuse (drops, impacts), or liquid exposure.
– Unauthorized modifications/tampering (e.g., opened AIO loops).
– Use with incompatible hardware or extreme overclocking.
– Normal wear and tear (e.g., fan bearing noise over time, dust accumulation).
How to Claim Your Warranty
- Contact the reseller: If the product was purchased from an authorized reseller, contact them initially. They will assist you with the warranty claim process.
- Contact Einarex: If you have any issue you can contact directly with Einarex through our email support@einarex.com with:
– Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
– Product serial number.
– Detailed issue description + photos/video (if possible).
- Evaluation: Our team will verify eligibility within 3–5 business days.
- Resolution:
– Free repair or replacement (if available).
– Refund (if repair/replacement isn’t possible).
Important Notes
– Warranty is void if the product is purchased from unauthorized sellers.
– International customers: Contact your local distributor for regional policies.
